My dad moved to Korea last week.
It was very sudden and shocking at first, but it also made perfect sense when I thought about it. I always had a strong feeling that my dad will one day come out to Korea and join us with our ministry, I just didn't think that day would come so soon. He's not joining us quite yet because he needs to get settled and find his life here, but I know that we're a step closer to that dream.
Last Wednesday, we (John-Michael, dad, and I) went to Incheon, the city where I was born and raised. It was our first time being back together in 16 years; revisiting the places of my childhood with my dad again felt so surreal.
